Positive with opportunity to evidence various skills. Felt supported and that they adopted an equitable approach to candidates and valued transferable skills. Didn’t do in person interview owing to Covid but my understanding is usual procedure is to do a practical part to interview

Assessment day:
- welcome chat and presentation about the charity and the role
- split into two groups. One group did a ice breaker task that they delivered to a group of current young people on their programmes and the other group did a session planning activity.
- lunch - chance to speak to staff and other candidates and ask questions about working there
- task - the one we hadn't done yet
- interview - 5min presentation about the King's Trust, 3 questions that had been sent out beforehand, chance to ask any questions we had
- went home
