Web interview, phone interview, in person interview with 3 people, follow up interview with 1 person. Large pool of candidates and a relatively painless process. HR very helpful and communicate well
The company uses HireVue to first screen all applicants. At first it seems very impersonal, but is easy as you go along. Just dont look at yourself on the screen and you'll be fine. Then if you are chosen to proceed, they hold an in person interview
