I applied to this position via Indeed, through an outside recruiter. She contacted me within a couple of days to schedule a phone screening. After the screening, I had a one-hour phone interview with the company's recruiting manager. A week later, I had a panel interview via zoom. The interviews were not especially difficult, but I would say the main focus should be selling your skills and experiences, how they relate to this position, and how you are looking for long-term growth within a company. Overall, everyone who I spoke with was very nice, professional, and transparent in answering my (many) questions about the role. They are really looking for the right fit, which I appreciate.
