After an initial phone interview, I was asked to come in for a formal interview. I was given a multiple page, handwritten test that took approximately 1 hour to complete. I then interviewed again with Megan and then with Ilene, the CEO. The entire interview took around 2 hours from application, to test and finally for both interviews. After hiring, I waited 2-3 weeks to start and there was a 3 week training process.
