Applied online, and was contacted the following day arranging for an assessment day.
The assessment day is split into three tasks.
1. Rewrite customer feedback to make it sound better, and be more clear. - Make sure you can spell, and are grammatically correct.
2. Answer standard interview questions on the computer.
3. Have a mock telephone interview, using their interview system. Follow the script. In order to see if you can read clearly, and type well.
