I had 8 interviews - first with the CMO, then the CEO, and then other individuals from varying departments (product, data science, HR, brand, etc). I was told after this I would received feedback, even if I did not receive an offer. Overall, the conversations went well. As the first interviews were with the CMO and CEO, the fact that I had several interviews afterwards communicated that there was potential. The only reason why I am leaving a negative evaluation is because there was zero follow up afterwards. I followed up a few times, but after 8 interviews I was never told I did not get the job, that another candidate was chosen, that the post was eliminated, etc. The CMO eventually left and reached out to me personally to keep in touch for the future.
