Before applying to the center, I brought my resume with me just in case. It was in the afternoon that I asked if there hiring and they were as they handed me an application to fill out. After handing the application and my resume they asked if I was available for an interview. The interview was okay, she asked general questions about children and how I would discipline the children. After the interview, she showed me around the center as we went into each classroom. After I saw the classrooms, she asked when I was available to come back for a work trial of how I interact with the children.

Very personable and relaxing. The director is very nice and wants to get an idea of who you are as a person as well as your goals to work with children. You also get a tour of the building
