Our National Agency Managers and Builders have the option of hiring recruiters under them to help them build their team and the interview process and pay is decided by the agency manager, not our corporate office in Raleigh, NC. We do however have Corporate Recruiters and Operations Staff that are hired to work from our corporate office and the interview process consists of meeting with our executive team and the salary is of course based off experience.
