Was met at the Reception area and escorted to a different building by a member of the panel. There was four people from different departments conducting the interview. Was sat down at a desk to a rather long, awkward silence after shaking hands with each member of the panel, expecting the interview to begin at once but it somehow didn't. Eventually got around to introducing myself and why I wanted to work with LIPA (this was the first question). The interview itself went very well in my opinion, the panel gave a lot of opportunity to discuss my skills and experience. However I wasn't best pleased with the attitude of some of the panel members, giving the impression that they would rather be in bed than in work that day. One particular member repeatedly rubbing his forehead and eyes like he was tired of hearing me deliver my answers. All in all, very rude and stoney-faced - something I really didn't expect of professionals at their level. I also did a skills-based test which included an exercise where I had to read a chapter out of a book and summarise it in 500 words.
