Initial phone call where we talked through past experience, what are my strengths and weaknesses, what I want to get out of a job, what I value in an office etc. as well as them explaining what the company does. Felt very much like they wanted to know as much about me to evaluate if I would fit in with the company culture rather than quizzing me and trying to catch me out. Progressed to the next stage which was to come into the office for a face-to-face interview with a senior analyst. This stage also included a computer task to demonstrate my technical, analytical and presentation skills. We also talked through experience in more detail in the 2nd interview and described what specific roles and responsibilities the role would involve. Was offered the job in the afternoon of the day of the 2nd interview.

In summary, felt so welcome and accommodated. I was abroad in a different time zone for the phone interview and Veronique (interviewer) let me pick a day and time that suited me, and the same for the face-to-face interview. Phone interview was a very comfortable "get to know you" chat with a few capabilities questions. Face-to-face was so friendly and felt at ease straight away (I am normally very nervous in interview situations) and this made it easier to perform well! Ended the interview with a chat about my holidays so it was clear they wanted to get to know me and make sure I'd be a good fit in the team personality wise. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door - left the interview really hoping that I got the job.
