Hour long interview with 2 people, wide range of questions, both open ended/creative ones and technical ones, some purposefully vague questions. A little bit of fit/management questions at the end

Entrevista
Two weeks after applying to the role, I was sent a written task. A month passed before I was contacted for an online interview. The interview was conducted by two people, the head of the program and an HR representative. I was told at the very start that the job description had changed significantly since I first applied and the role would now have a different focus. Neither person seemed to think this should have been communicated before the interview began. They asked several standard questions before pasting long, involved scenarios in the chat box and instructing me to respond. In total, the interview lasted an hour. The HR representative said I would hear back in a week. Despite my attempts to follow-up by email over the last two months, I have not heard back from Luminos, not even to confirm my rejection. To repeat what a previous applicant wrote - please do not ignore people who have spent hours completing tasks and interviewing. It isn't just rude, it is deeply unprofessional.

Read the following scenario I have pasted in the chat box. Take a moment to consider how you would respond. How would you approach the situation? What priorities would you set?

The interview process was efficient and pleasant - just over one month's time from submitting my application to receiving an offer. Along the way, I had three interviews over Zoom and completed a brief writing test.
