I met with the principal, I was already familiar with the school, but took a tour of several classrooms and then met with the preschool director to discuss impressions of the classroom and how I felt i would fit in with the values of the school. It was a pleasant day, casual and felt more like a discussion than a formal interview. We reviewed my experience from previous jobs and discussed the culture of the school.
