Pretty straight forward. I interviewed with the owner, his wife, and his two daughters. They were looking for honesty and the ability to adapt to their ways instead of telling them to change. After the interview, I was asked if I had plans for the rest of the day. I said I have a couple of other meetings scheduled and I received a call before I got home with an offer.
