Easy interview process. There were no whiteboard questions or challenging technical questions. The difficult part of this interview is that the team itself is very "Junior" and don't know how to interview properly. The tech director and leads all seemed to be over their heads. You'll need to hope that they can articulate questions and that they accept yours.
