About a week and a half after applying for the Administrative Coordinator position, I was contacted for a phone interview. This went very well and the manager I spoke with was very easy to talk to. She invited me for an in-person interview. However, when I arrived, I learned that a second manager would also be sitting in on the interview with us. The same woman who interviewed me over the phone did all the talking while the second manager sat in, smiling and engaged. It was going well initially but towards the end of the interview the second manager asked a question in a passive-aggressive manner that took me off guard. He had been quiet until that point and I was surprised by the accusation disguised as a question. I didn't get the job, but in hindsight I'm actually grateful it worked out that way.
