The company recruiter I worked with and everyone who interviewed me spoke with candor about the position and the company, and over two months after being hired, everything they said was accurate. I had one interview with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, then four back-to-back interviews with 2 interviewers in each interview, which added up to between 3 & 4 hours. The interviewers delved into my work background, technical expertise, thoughts and opinions about cyber security, and answered my questions, including what they were looking for in an ideal candidate. We did a pretty thorough job of interviewing each other. Everyone was down-to-earth and personable.
