Applied online. Was contacted via email and asked to do two tests: 1) a half page proposal for a TV series/documentary of any genre and 2) translate script of a 1min trailer. Took me quite some time to complete. Interview was scheduled immediately And Interviewer NO SHOW! I waited for 20 mins at Google meets and nobody from the company turned up for interview. Totally no respect for a candidate who one hour or so to complete two written tests. Horrible attitude and horrible company culture.

Asked about your experience and preference in this role Interview was 30 minutes Long and offer was given immediately after the interview Interview has many scenario questions and questions were pretty basic
