Had mine online, but very friendly. Asked about past experience and how you would fit in the team. Usually the process would be in person and maybe a trial shift. Very accommodating to not being able to make it in person due to being away. Offered me the job an hour later.

I only managed to progress to the first round of interviewing. However, the application process was easy, and it was on the telephone, not face-to-face, but it would likely progresd to that further on.
