Entrevista
Applied online and was contacted to fill out a brief questionnaire about 1-2 weeks later. Had a phone interview about a week later and then had an in-person interview at The Nature Conservancy a week after. The whole process took about 5 weeks. Everyone who I spoke with was very friendly.

Submitted a cover letter and resume to their website's career page. Got contacted by a recruiter to schedule a 20 minute phone screening. They outlined the rest of the interview process if I were to be selected to move forward. The next day I heard back that I was invited for an interview. I met with the Director of Development the following week for 30 minutes. The next day I was invited to the final round of interviews. That interview was with three staff members, including the Director. Got a phone call the next day with an offer!

Entrevista
I applied online towards the end of their application window and heard back within 10 days to participate in a video interview. The video interview was pretty standard, just describing the position in more detail and how it fit within the company overall. I interviewed with what would have been my team lead and she gave a very good description of her team and qualities she was looking for in the new hire. The interview questions were pretty standard, and I felt she was just trying to tease out personality and overall skills.
I was then invited for a second in person interview at their office with about 5 other employees. The second interview was much more challenging from my perspective, it lasted about an hour and the questions were much more tailored towards the position which was heavy in communication and excel use. I honestly could not have prepared in advance for the second interview because the questions were SO specific (describe a time you pulled a report using excel, and describe specifically what functions within excel you used). The interviewers were all nice and respectful, and left some time for other follow up questions within the interview so it wasn't extremely rigid. While I felt like I fit the position I believe I lacked sufficient Excel experience and that was a deciding factor in me not getting a job offer. Overall the interview process was a little long and drawn out, but I never had a negative experience.
