Only a temporary contract position, basic competency questions. Interviewed with the CEO and CMO. Was sent by a temp agency. Came in, reviewed my resume, asked about my computer skills, what I learned at school, if I could work independently, how fast I could complete certain projects. The office was migrating to a new CRM platform, asked if I knew how to help migrate their data over. The interview took 1 hour and they called after a few days with an offer.
