I had an interview scheduled before Christmas day for a job position. The interview was attended by the hiring manager and HR representative. It lasted for about 45 minutes of questions and around 30 minutes of a written exam. The hiring manager asked a lot of value-focused, and objective questions, such as how I would introduce the concept of decolonization in a workplace. It may require hours or days of discussion to fully comprehend. Unfortunately, I did not get an offer, and despite my efforts to follow up with the HR and hiring manager for feedback, I did not receive any response.
