The most painful interview process in the world phone interview then a test then another phone interview you then. Go in for a day have to do a presentation and tests and get grilled like your on the apprentice final.The whole day was the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever done.

Very long winded, starts off with an initial screening call followed by psychometric style tests and a mcguaig test. If you pass this you have a 45-1hr telephone interview. If successful you are invited to an assessment day and are required to prepare a presentation which is like a sales pitch along with numerous tests on the day. Finally a panel interview only for them to wait 7 days and send you an email with no constructive feedback at all just a message stating you were unsuccessful. I would avoid this as this is a very mentally taxing process with no appreciation for the effort put in.
