I was sent to Cognitive Behaviour surveys to fill out. This was a seris of questions almost mental arithmetic based. Then i had a call with HR but it just felt like a waste of time. I wasnt asked any questions about myself or my day to day job. They also couldnt answer any questions i asked about projects, challenges, things they are working on until a later stage. Therefore the call was about 15 minutes at most and felt a complete waste of time, im not sure what the point was. About 10 days later my recruiter told me they are not going ahead as they have another candidate, which is fine, just felt like they wasted my time and had no intention of hiring me anyway.
