One quick 30 minute interview. They talk about professionalism, character, and how you respond to crisis or difficult situations. They also give you an overview of the role and the responsibilities associated with the office assistant job in the dorm cluster.

The interview process was fairly simple. It was online through zoom. They asked simple behavioral questions that you would expect in any other interview process. The interviewer was very nice and made the process simple and enjoyable.

Easy to understand and i received very clear direction from the people who were hiring me. I enjoyed it and I was happy to receive an offer from The Ohio State University.
