I was first asked to complete a 15-20 minute phone interview with HR followed by a video call (1 hr) with the search committee. Selected candidates then moved on to in-person interview.

Applied through WorkDay. Was contacted by the Pharmacy College's HR rep. They asked me general questions. The HR rep didn't know specifics about the position which made things a little difficult. The next round was with the Director of Academic Programs for that specific college. She was very personable. I didn't end up making the final on campus round, but was notified quickly and respectfully.
