It was a 2 stage interview process. The first was more about getting to know you and how you'd fit within the team. This stage was quite casual but very informative nonetheless. The team I spoke to were very friendly and made me feel at ease. The second stage was competency based and I had to do a presentation. What made it easier was that they were happy for me to present something I've presented in the past. This stage involved more senior members of the business but was still a comfortable and collaborative session.
