Quick, easy and painless. Very friendly and approachable staff. They made it easy to answer the questions and they were very accurate about who they wanted to work for the company. Everyone was helpful when doing the assessment test or any technical problems at the time.

The process is very simple. Application is easy. You must pay $5 for a background check. You then meet with a recruiter, go through the interview process, and see where you fit best. You must have experience in the title you are going for in either FOH or BOH.

Entrevista
I had to go in and meet with Senior Managers for about an hour. They wanted to know about my background in recruiting and staffing mostly. Since they are a high volume company it was important to be able to handle that kind of environment. I was then asked to come back and meet with the Director for the final interview. They were communicative and kept me in the loop as far as their hiring process.
