Management called me into a room and asked me questions about my past experience and skills. I had to sit in a room with another applicant that was interviewing for the same position. I must say they sold the position for more than what is was. It has a high turnover for a reason as with most of the positions. Once I got the job I realized why. You have a quota to meet as far as how many interviews you have set up for the next day which means you get to the point that you are calling people who didn't even apply for the job but they posted their resume on zip requiter so you call them. You have to sell the position because no one wants to walk around, especially in this heat, to give away phones to those who qualify. The company doesn't give a crap about their employees. It's not worth it no matter how desperate for a job you are. RUN!
