The recruiting team does a wonderful job supporting candidates and preparing them to be successful. The full interview process is time intesive for the canidate (3 rounds of interview, final round is approx six 1 on 1 interviews). The company takes an incredibly long time to make a final decision (2-3 months). This was my experience with 2 different roles. I found this last piece be very disrespectful of the candiates time and investment.
