Thank you for taking some time to share a review of our hiring process for the data engineer opening. We are very intentional about our recruiting process’s design. Along with a candidate’s resume and assessments, it is important the recruiter and hiring manager ask questions about someone’s workstyle, preferences and experiences during the interviews. Super days typically run 3-3.5 hours and cover different aspects of the role - from technical skills to team collaboration and providing a candidate plenty of opportunities to ask questions of their prospective colleagues. For our data engineer roles, it’s important that we not only find a strong technical fit, but someone who will be a strong partner to departments across the organization.
