I found this position through Indeed and was contacted by the recruiter via email. The interview process began with an email confirming interest for a screening phone call. After the phone call with the HR recruiter I was explained the hiring process is long, initially I would need to take a language assessment to confirm I was bilingual in Spanish. Only after passing that assessment I could move to step to which was a video interview with the hiring manager, after that interview an offer letter was sent with a contingent condition that all their required checks were completed and satisfactory. They ask for references, health screen, do both CARI, fingerprinting, DMV check, education, and employment verification. All expenses for that are not covered by them and the position is a full time schedule with a parttime title and no benefits for 1 year.
