Entrevista
Had a 30 minute phone interview with the Creative Director and HR, a week later had an hour and a half interview with the two owners and Creative VP. After that they said that they would have an answer by the end of that week only to spring two design tests on me to do for them which felt shady and explotive for free design labor/ideas. Interview with the owners felt more like an interrogation instead of an interview. Safe to say I dodged a bullet.
Easy, no pressure or stress abs questions were stri gut forward. They seemed nice but small. I hope I did well and hard to prepare with covid going on around the world

Entrevista
Two step interview process - first with senior management, second with colleagues you will be working with. Junior and senior people involved in process. There is a written test to determine level of writing skill to guide work assignments. Previous internships are desired. Process move rapidly if you are the right candidate.
