Applied online then emailed by the store manager to arrange date and time. Interview was well structured but relaxed consisted of some questions about me my retail back ground why I was leaving my current employer. Outcome took 2 weeks by this time I had found another job so wasn't too disappointed when I was informed I wasn't selected.
