I was called in for a twenty-thirty minute interview with the general manager and my personal manager in the vitamin department. It was straightforward. They asked about my past experience in the field, when I'd be available to start, what days I would be able to work, what were my strengths/weaknesses, etc. Not difficult or intimidating, which I appreciated. A few days later I was called to say I'd gotten the job and a few days after that I came in to sign a bunch of paperwork in HR.
