Applied via indeed, received a call from a recruiter to do a phone interview on wednesday. She briefly goes over your resume and explains details about the company. She asked me to come in to interview face to face. The recruiter asks about your interest in the position more details about your resume and then takes you into the office to speak with a manager. The manager ask general questions like how do you handle hostile customers, also explain a time where you had to take initiative. She also has you do a typing , grammar and response test. You meet with the director briefly. The director was extremely akward and uncomfortable she is no longer with the company but I assumed I did not get the job after meeting with her. They gave me an offer the friday and I started on monday.

Horrible. They were extremely unprofessional. A company has horrible reviews and just wants to hire young people who they can pay less. they also had an entire team in Florida stealing from clients. That’s why the position was open. They did not say that there was an entire Ponzi scheme going on in Florida and just wanted to hire someone to put all the pieces together.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. There was an initial call with the recruited, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and regional director. I was called within a few days with the job offer.

Entrevista
Had a call with a recruiter. She was very nice and informative. However, I do not like feeling led on. She said she was going to pass me through and email me to set up a second round. Instead I got an email that the position was on hold.
