Split into a few groups and had to write down and read out answers to questions. Followed by a one on one with an employee where they would write down things like which store you wanted to work at, and if you had a licence

What would you do if there was excess product that couldn't fit on the shelf?
Submit resume and cover letter, call you for a group interview. Group interview ( separate into a few groups for some activities) then one to one interview, call you for a job offer after a couple of days.

in order to stand out from the group, make sure you actively take part in the discussion. After that, one to one interview questions: why do you apply for this position? What was your major in university? Why do you not choose that work area ?
