they called my phone after a week of submitting my resume and set an interview in person at the store, after that they called to let me know I got the job and emailed the relevant documentation

The hiring process was very easy but also informal, there was pretty much no interview as the manager stated she didn't like them and found them dull. The manager had decided to hold two interviews at the same time, with myself and another applicant, and basically went over what to expect with the job, uniform expectations and the like. Although the application process was easy, i feel like we could've been asked at least one or two questions, just to get a feel for it and so we could better understand the companies values and processes as well as allowing the interviewer to better understand us as employees.
