There are 2 phase of interview, 1 st phase is shortlisting call by internal HR . He/She will ask you questions to understand your consulting experience. Try to emphasis on your project management skill and your diverse project. 2nd round will be with a Head of operations he/she will ask specifics about your projects. Emphasis on stakeholder management, project governance and escalations.
