I attended a trial cover lesson and then a short interview over a video call when I got home. For the trial lesson I was given 15 minutes with the lesson I was about to teach to prepare. It was basic maths. I then taught the lesson to Year 8s while being observed. I followed all positive discipline procedures. Then after I got home I was invited for a video call interview with the Head Teacher and a few other people. During this they asked me questions around safegaurding, my availability, and why I wanted to work at Rodillian.
