Interviewed for a grant writer position at a regional HQ. There was no trick questions or surprises and they were open to the fact that I did not identify as a Salvationist. Interview was professional and focused on skills and my understanding of the Salvation Army mission. No one asked me about my religious beliefs, but I did volunteer that I felt church charities were undervalued by my generation (millennial). That seemed to make them happy.
