Individual interview with two managers. The assistant manager as well as the property manager. There were a series of questions that were pretty basic (i.e. would you be comfortable doing this? are you out-going?) The environment was pretty chill and laid back.

The interview process was very smooth. They are extremely friendly. Walked me through the responsibilities and day to day process. The team was very welcoming. The benefits are great and there's room for growth within the company. If you like marketing and events this is the place for you.
