Straight forward, dependant on PI. Initial interview with HR, Then PI, then panel w/ PI and lab members. Pretty standard. Sometimes can be hard to reach because busy with research

You usually first meet with the student/RA at the lab, then you will meet with the PI directly. My PI is super nice, and she asked general questions: introduce yourself, your research experience/work experience, and what you want to do in the future.

1) an "on demand" interview where you film yourself answering questions - you have 30 sec to read the question and 3 min to respond (this is an awkward process)
2) interview with the PI, pretty casual
