1 phone call, 1 Skype, and 1 onsite interview (shadowed a current employee for an hour or so). Very conversational and looking for someone that would be happy in the role and atmosphere

Very conversational, talked about the role and were very honest about benefits and drawbacks to the position and nature of work. Talked about resume experience and why would be a good fit for the role. ask about complications/problems experienced in a past role or situation and how to overcome that.
