it was bland. underpaid for actual designers. They sell the position as an estimate salary. most of it is commission based, which is not guaranteed. The designers have to procure clients themselves while using their personal vehicle.

Entrevista
The process was quite straight forward. I sent an application through someone who already worked there, HR called to meet, and then met with the team leader. Very nice people in a relaxed environment.
