Phone screening, then two in person interviews with teams. Got ghosted after the second interview, politely followed up, then got told I didn't get the role despite interviewing strongly and being over qualified and keen for the role, had no feedback and couldn't tell me why I wasn't successful. They promised to follow up with feedback the following week, never heard from them again. Several red flags throughout the process, seems like a chaotic company.
