Combination of presentation (pre prepared) and questions from panel. Two people in panel as one person dropped out last minute. Those in the panel were different to who I had been advised would be there, so my research in that aspect was useless. Nice easy going interview, not intimidating. I was offered the job by phone the next day, but was chasing and chasing to start for two months, even though they were desperate for staff to start. Was frustrating.
