Entrevista
1) Answer advertisement either by phone call or email
2) Returned phone call for brief interview to ensure outward suitability
3) Called for 1st interview
Interview - emphasis on personal characteristics and practical suitability for the job (where live, children, real income requirements, future career expectations. Also assessment of "cultural" suitability - emphasis on honesty, integrity and kindness. The Slushie Co insist on "kindness" and listen carefully for evidence.
4) Called for final interview. Some points re-addressed .. then several practical tests are applied. These are structured to reflect real working problems and challenges. Applicants performance is carefully assessed.
5) Job offer made in very informal meeting.

1) The Slushie Co look for a combination of practical problem-solving ability and honesty and openness. The former is regarded as being as much an attitude as well as applied common sense, and the practical tests will be created for each applicant and the job, following the first interview.
2) Kindness .. during interview stages, remember to tell about the good things you have done for people.
