The interview process is really poor. I was given the assignment to complete, but after submitting back the assignment I didn't get any response from the company side. I have to do follow-ups regularly and after 2-3 follow-ups they said you are rejected. There is no comprehensive result given and the behavior of the HR is highly unprofessional.
