Entrevista
Applied online through Craigslist for the Technical Candidate Manager position. A few days later I received a link for an online questionnaire regarding my tech knowledge. After I submitted the questionnaire I received an invitation to do a phone interview. The woman I did my phone interview with was very nice and reacted very positively the answers I had for her questions. She offered to have me come in the following week for an in-person interview with several employees of The Sourcery.

During the in-person interviews they expected me to ask them questions. The people I met with had no prepared questions to ask me. It was almost as if they just grabbed random employees and threw them in a room with me and expected me to interview myself.

Entrevista
over the phone initial interview with a round robin "chat" with other team members. If they like you..you will get the job. If they do not like you then it's up to the manager to hire. The interview is not really an interview rather a conversation.
