Very rigid, not really a fluid conversations. Lots of prepared questions and top 5 or top 10 lists. Some of the questions did not seem relevant to the position or the law firm's practice.

Upon arrival, Mr. Spitz refused to shake my hand because he had just washed his hands. He also seemed very uninterested. This kind of initial behavior was disappointing as I spent time preparing for the interview and traveling to his office. He started the interview with extremely difficult and pointless questions e.g., "tell me ten uses for a toothpick other than picking your teeth." He never followed up any of my answers with conversation. The interview was an hour and fifteen minutes of question and answer. When he asked me to rate him as an interviewer, I told him that he was not relatable or personable whatsoever. I should have listened to the other reviewers on here. It was a terrible experience. Even if I had been offered the job, I would have refused. I could not imagine working for him.
